Customer Service Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15205 (Robinson area — near the airport)
About the Role
A globally respected manufacturer with 75+ years in the industry is seeking a Customer Service Lead to step into a pivotal seat on a tight-knit, highly experienced team. This is more than an order-entry role. As several long-tenured team members transition into retirement, the next chapter of their customer service operation will be entrusted to someone who can own it—a professional who becomes the go-to name customers rely on, the steady hand production and logistics turn to, and a source of continuity as the team evolves. You'll learn directly from seasoned experts before they step away, then carry that expertise forward as a leader in your own right.

- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate and analyze reporting to spot trends and fuel continuous improvement.
- Support internal teams on ERP-driven tasks—order tracking, invoicing, and documentation.
