Customer Service delivery driver

About the role

As a Customer Service Delivery Driver at Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln, you will be responsible for safely transporting customers' vehicles between the dealership and their homes or workplaces. Your role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience by handling vehicle pickups and deliveries with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Drive customers' cars to and from the dealership and their homes or places of work.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery and pickup of vehicles.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and dealership staff regarding delivery schedules.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after delivery, including taking photos and uploading to an app.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must wear business casual attire.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Able to handle vehicles with care and professionalism.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact courteously with customers.
• Knowledge of the Orland Park, IL area preferred.
