Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Accurately enter, verify, and maintain customer and company records.
  • Process orders, invoices, and customer requests while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Maintain organized digital files and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Prepare reports and perform administrative support tasks as required.
  • Protect confidential customer and company information.
  • Consistently meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent typing and computer proficiency.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, call center, or data entry.
  • Experience using CRM or customer management software.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
