Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates active, personal, daily involvement, visibility, open-mindedness, and professionalism to Support Services, staff, internal and external customers, and suppliers.
  • Maintains required departmental records, reports, and files in accordance with established policies and procedures while obtaining processes and distributing reports in a timely manner.
  • Phones/Customer Service Check Market Center general email box
  • Prepare ship route for processing (printing, posting)
  • Service call back
  • Service Dispatch
  • Place work order for service calls
  • Process refunds

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
  • A high school diploma required.
  • An associates degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
  • Detail oriented, able to multi-task, and possess strong organizational skills.
