Customer Service Coordinator I (Multiple Positions) - 26-82

Job Description

Aid customers by addressing inquiries about eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorizations; this involves sorting and routing appropriately and utilizing multiple systems to gather and document information.

Required Experience

• At least 1 year of customer service call center experience required
• Experience working in a healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with handling medical claims and eligibility inquiries
• Knowledge of various insurance types (PPO, HMO, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Required Education

• High School diploma or GED required
