Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

Raymour & Flanigan seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule & confirm customer repair service calls.
• Cookordinate & communicate with repair technicians.
• Resolve customer service issues independently.
• Adhere to proper Warranty and protection guidelines.
• Serve as liaison between customers and repair technicians.
• Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Customer service skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior call center experience and dispatcher experience preferable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work day, night and weekend hours.

Benefits

Raymour & Flanigan offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 and flexible scheduling options from 7am - 6pm Monday through Saturday.

Pay

The starting hourly pay rate is $18.00.

Schedule

Work schedule is 40 hours per week, with various start times from 7am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday.
