About the role
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients. This includes handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
