We’re looking for a Customer Service / Call Center Representative to be the vital link between our service department and our valued customers. This position offers opportunities for career growth.Responsibilities
- Answer high volume of incoming service calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs
- Outbound Service appointment confirmations, reminders and campaign calls
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, wait times, and warranties
- Aid customers with inquiries and ensure a seamless service experience
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout interactions
Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- A positive, patient, and active listener
- Experience in a call center or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
