We’re looking for a Customer Service / Call Center Representative to be the vital link between our service department and our valued customers. This position offers opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Answer high volume of incoming service calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs
  • Outbound Service appointment confirmations, reminders and campaign calls
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, wait times, and warranties
  • Aid customers with inquiries and ensure a seamless service experience
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout interactions

Requirements

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • A positive, patient, and active listener
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
