Customer Service Call Center Representative

About the role

If you enjoy talking to people and are well-spoken, this inbound-call Customer Service Representative role is for you. Daily duties include scheduling appointments, setting up new customers for service, assisting with invoices and receivables, and other customer support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls (not telemarketing)
• Schedule service appointments
• Set up new customer accounts
• Assist with invoices and receivables
• Provide excellent customer support and client services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to commute to and from the office
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Experience in customer support and client services
• Excellent phone etiquette and data entry abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
• Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Experience with multi-line phone systems: 1 year (preferred)
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus

Pay

From $19.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week (overtime paid at 1.5x)
• 8-hour shift: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Day shift, Monday through Friday
• No nights
