Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Book hotel reservations and confirm availability
- Process payments and provide payment confirmation
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
- Follow up with customers post-booking to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using hotel reservation systems
- Knowledge of travel industry terminology
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in customer service preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
