Customer Service Attendant, Part-time

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other food‑service products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and market displays are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged, or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees.
• Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
