Customer Service Attendant

About the role

Carvana is seeking a Service Attendant to join its growing team. The position supports the service and sales teams by managing vehicle inventory flow and maintaining a professional environment for customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning and detailing to meet Carvana standards.
• Shuttle vehicles between locations or to local vendors for maintenance and repairs.
• Absorb vehicles for customer pickups and backhaul transports.
• Conduct daily inventory scans and maintain accurate records of vehicle status on the lot.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and professional customer environment.
• Support the service team with basic tasks such as checking fluid levels or moving vehicles into service bays.

Requirements

• A passion for high-quality work and keeping things neat and organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, "all-in" attitude.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver's license.
• A clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or DUI’s in the last three years.
• The ability to work both inside and outside in various weather conditions.
• The ability to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.
• The ability to stand and sit for long periods.
• The ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently.
• The ability to walk up to three miles each day.

Pay Range: $18-$19.50 hourly
