About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email support.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Resolve issues and provide solutions to customer problems
- Process orders and manage customer accounts
- Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction surveys
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
