About the role

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join a Long-term Contract opportunity supporting seasonal demand in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will assist customers with order-related questions, provide solutions for online purchasing issues, and help create a smooth service experience across phone and digital channels. This assignment is expected to run through the peak season, with the possibility of longer-term employment based on business needs and available openings.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through placing new product orders and ensure information is entered accurately
• Update existing purchases by making requested changes and confirming revised order details
• Support online shoppers by resolving issues that prevent successful order completion
• Troubleshoot basic account access problems, including password reset assistance and similar login concerns
• Enter orders directly for customers when self-service options are not successful or practical
• Manage a steady volume of inbound service interactions while maintaining professionalism and service quality
• Document customer cases and order activity using platforms such as Salesforce and AS400
• Participate in onsite training and apply learned processes during hands-on support activities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service with a strong commitment to a positive customer experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
• Comfortable assisting customers by phone and handling order-related inquiries
• Basic troubleshooting ability for account access and general online ordering concerns
• Familiarity with business systems such as Salesforce, AS400, or similar platforms is helpful
• Willingness to complete required onsite training and work a hybrid schedule
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
