About the role

UnionCraft Stone and Cabinet is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Las Vegas location (4545 Cameron St Unit D, Las Vegas, NV 89103). This full‑time position involves processing orders, assisting customers with 2020 Design software, conducting follow‑up surveys, distributing promotional materials, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process dispatched orders received via email, text, or phone, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Utilize 2020 Design software to help customers create custom design plans, layouts, and selections, providing guidance as needed.
• Conduct follow‑up surveys with current customers to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Distribute promotional materials—including special offers, product updates, and newsletters—via email and text to potential and existing customers.
• Direct inbound customer calls and walk‑ins to the appropriate department or team member, monitor order status, and provide updates to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a wholesale or construction‑related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with 2020 Design software or willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish speaking, reading, and writing proficiency.

Pay

$18‑$22 per hour plus commission.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.
