Position Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and being part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and urgency
- Provide clear, accurate information about Movex products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience
- Document customer interactions and maintain organized records
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Ace’s degree or higher
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (customer service or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Comfort with basic computer systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is helpful, but not required

Compensation
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
