Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, fax, and website inquiries
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide pricing, delivery, and product information to customers
• Cook up with sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within our systems
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and order confirmations

Requirements

• 1'3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• SAP experience is a plus

• Ability to read and interpret order information and technical documents
