About the role

Full-Time Customer Service Associate/Teller position at Monson Savings Bank's Monson Branch located at 146 Main Street, Monson, MA. This is an hourly, non-exempt role.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller and customer service duties: check cashing, processing deposits, withdrawals, payments.
• Sell money orders and bank checks.
• Handle related administrative duties.
• Maintain the bank’s standards for service, customer satisfaction, and relationship building.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and math aptitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a computer and learn, retain, and follow complex regulatory and security requirements.

Pay

Salary range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour.

Schedule

Variable schedule Monday‑Saturday, averaging 37.5 hours weekly; must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30 PM.
