Pay
Starting hiring pay: $12.50 per hour. Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Raising Cane’s pays weekly (except in some states, e.g., California, where pay is bi‑weekly).
About the role
As a Customer Service Associate, your main priority is to provide great customer service. You will take orders in the drive‑thru, assemble orders, deliver food to customers, clean the dining room, and interact with guests. This is an entry‑level position — no prior restaurant experience required — and paid training is provided for every new associate. The environment is upbeat and fast‑paced, with opportunities to grow your restaurant career and impact your community.
Responsibilities
- Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
- Ascend or descend stairs
- Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Arrive at scheduled shifts on time
- Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
- Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Multitask effectively
