Customer Service Associate - Nights/Weekends
About the role
As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. As the name suggests, your main priority is to provide great customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, talking to customers, etc. We are looking to hire Customer Service Associates who can thrive in an upbeat and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Take orders in the drive-thru
- Assemble orders
- Deliver food to customers
- Clean the dining room and other areas of the Restaurant
- Talk to customers
- Take orders from Customers and process payments efficiently
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Clean tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Work together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service
- Provide all Customers with quick and friendly service
- Take initiative

Physical demands
- Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds

Pay
Starting hiring pay at: $15.00. Within your first year of working in the Restaurant, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Additional $1 per hour after 10pm.
Schedule
We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts and everything in between. Closed for all major holidays. Early closure for company events. Flexible Scheduling.
