Customer Service Associate - Morning Shift

About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service, including taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food, cleaning the dining room, and interacting with customers. We seek individuals who can thrive in an upbeat, fast-paced environment. The role is entry‑level; no prior restaurant experience is required, and we provide paid training to prepare you for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders in the drive-thru and processing payments
• Assembling orders
• Delivering food to customers
• Cleaning the dining room, tables, floors, and other restaurant areas
• Talking to customers and providing friendly service
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneeling, bending, twisting, or stooping
• Ascending or descending stairs
• Reaching and grasping objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitasking
• Showing up to scheduled shifts on time

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Provide quick and friendly service to all customers
• Work cooperatively as a team member, assisting coworkers to ensure continuity of service
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast pace
