Customer Service Associate - Morning Shift

Pay

Starting hiring pay at $16.50. Within the first year you can earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through training, certifications, and performance evaluations. An extra $1 per hour is provided for shifts after 10 p.m. (subject to meeting annual hour requirements).

Schedule

Hiring immediately for all shifts—including opening, closing, and everything in between. Flexible scheduling is offered.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive‑thru and process payments efficiently.
• Assemble orders and deliver food to customers.
• Clean the dining room, tables, floors, and other restaurant areas.
• Engage with customers, providing quick and friendly service.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food.
• Multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Assist teammates to ensure continuity of service.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb.
• Capability to kneel, bend, twist, stoop, ascend/descend stairs, and reach/grasp objects above head or below waist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliability in showing up to scheduled shifts on time.
• Team‑player attitude, responsible and dependable.
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
