Customer Service Associate - Morning Shift

About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. This is an entry-level position with no experience required, and we provide paid training for every new team member.

We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between. Whether you have previous experience in customer service, retail, or any restaurant role—or none at all—we have a position for you.

Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. If you want to work at a fun, growth-oriented restaurant that values community impact, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru
• Assemble orders
• Deliver food to customers
• Clean the dining room, tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Talk to customers and provide friendly service
• Process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Work together as a team to ensure continuity of service
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time

Physical requirements

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Provide quick and friendly service to all customers

Pay
