Customer Service Associate - Morning & Lunch Shift

About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. In this role, you will take orders in the drive-thru, assemble orders, deliver food to customers, clean the dining room, interact with customers, and more. We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between.

This position is entry-level with no experience required. We provide paid training for every new Customer Service Associate. Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
• Assemble and deliver food orders
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Work together as a team, assisting other crew members to ensure continuity of service
• Provide quick and friendly service to all customers
• Align with Raising Cane’s culture by balancing working hard and having fun
• Take initiative and comply with company policies

Physical requirements

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace
