Customer Service Associate - Lunch Shift

About the Role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service in an upbeat and fast-paced environment. We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between. This is an entry-level position with no experience required, and we provide paid training.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders in the drive-thru
• Assembling orders
• Delivering food to customers
• Cleaning the dining room
• Talking to customers
• Cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Processing payments efficiently
• Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, bend, twist, stoop, ascend or descend stairs, and reach and grasp objects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay

Starting hiring pay at: $17.50. Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations.
