Customer Service Associate II

About the role

Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of retail accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiries, problems, order changes, and RMA's. Assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. Communicate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve customer issues. Support order processing tasks including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status, and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Support customer order and return processing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Support disrupting payment shortage deductions from customers with appropriate back-up information to receive a repay with regard to assigned portfolio of retail accounts.
• Provide all-encompassing administrative support for assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service/account-related experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or other computer software programs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in all software applications in Microsoft office.
• Working knowledge of EDI transactions.
• A keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• The ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and High Radius.
• A bias for results and action.
• The ability to work with a team in a collaborative setting.
• A commitment to discovering ways to improve service.
• First Alert and/or Honeywell Home related industry product knowledge.

Pay

The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $16.72 to $28.47 per hour but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
