- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting

About the role
The Customer Service Associate II position requires a positive, friendly disposition and eagerness to get things done. You will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed. You will assist with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
