Your Role at Dollar Tree
- Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner
- Merchandising and stocking as needed
- Aiding with cleanliness throughout the store
- Supporting customers and colleagues
- Maintaining security and protecting company assets
Your Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
