customer service associate II

About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to customer support. You’ll ensure a clean, welcoming environment, be fully cross-trained on the cash register, and switch to front-end duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely and efficiently.
• Merchandise and stock products as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
