• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner
• Merchandising and stocking as needed

Your Skills and Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting

About the Role

The Customer Service Associate II position requires a positive, friendly disposition and eagerness to get things done. You will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed. You will assist with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. You will ensure a clean, welcoming environment and provide excellent customer service.
