Customer Service Associate - Entry Level

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, sales, marketing, communications, or account management is a plus but not required
  • Internship experience in marketing, sales, customer success, or business development is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
