About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between. This position is entry-level with no experience required, and we provide paid training for every new Customer Service Associate.

Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders in the drive-thru
• Assembling orders
• Delivering food to customers
• Cleaning the dining room, tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Talking to customers and processing payments efficiently
• Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Working together as a team to ensure continuity of service

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ability to ascend or descend stairs
• Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
