Customer Service Associate - Closing Shift

About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. This position is entry-level and we provide paid training for every new Customer Service Associate on the team.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru
• Assemble orders
• Deliver food to customers
• Clean the dining room, tables, floors, and other areas of the Restaurant
• Talk to customers and process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Work together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers in completion of tasks and assignments
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Align with company culture by balancing Working Hard and Having Fun
• Take initiative and comply with Company policies

Pay

Starting pay: $14.00 per hour. Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Additional $1 per hour after 10pm.

Schedule

• All shifts available: opening, closing, and everything in between
• Flexible scheduling
