About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. In this role, you will work in an upbeat and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in the drive-thru
• Assemble orders
• Deliver food to customers
• Clean the dining room
• Interact with customers
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Work together as a team, assisting other crew members in completing tasks
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Provide quick and friendly service to all customers

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Schedule

Immediate hiring for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between.

Pay

Starting pay at $14.00 per hour. Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Additional $1 per hour after 10 PM.
