Responsibilities

• Handle client requests from start to finish with speed and accuracy
• Provide friendly, professional support across various communication platforms
• Build strong client relationships and enhance overall satisfaction
• Maintain a strong understanding of the online portal and digital tools
• Stay up to date on all products, policies, and customer service procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continued, high-quality service
• Communicate openly with management regarding areas of responsibility and provide additional help when needed

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to thrive in a team environment

Pay
