Customer Service and Security Event Staff - Liberty University

About the role

Rhino Sports, a division of REVELxp, is seeking part-time, event-based positions for local and regional events including NCAA Football, NCAA Basketball, music festivals, NASCAR races, concerts, multi-day expos, and more. Primary local work involves Guest Service and Security roles for events at Liberty University and other Central Va. area events like Lynchburg City Schools, Foxfield Horse Race, Overland Expo, Martinsville Speedway, and Virginia Tech Football.

Responsibilities

- Provide Guest Service and Security at various events - Work flexible hours based on event schedules - Stand for long periods, possibly in the elements - Maintain strong customer service skills - Possess reliable transportation and be available on weekends - For Security positions: Hold a current unarmed security license or be willing to obtain one

Requirements

- At least 18 years old - Successfully complete a criminal background check - Able to stand for long periods (outside, possibly in the elements) - Reliable transportation - Available to work weekends - Previous customer service experience preferred - For Security positions: Current unarmed security license or willingness to obtain one
