What You'll Do
- Welcome members and guests with a positive, professional attitude
- Congduct gym tours and introduce prospective members to our facility
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
- Build relationships with current and prospective members
- Aid with membership sales and enrollment
- Check members in and maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Answer questions about memberships, amenities, and services
- Help create a welcoming, motivating atmosphere for all members
- Support gym marketing and community outreach efforts
- Aid with light cleaning and facility upkeep as needed
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable starting conversations and building relationships
- Customer service experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up with prospective members
- Pasion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
