What You'll Do Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and local community membersGuide clients through coverage options and recommend personalized insurance solutionsAnswer questions related to policies, billing, claims, and coverage with clarity and careProvide fast, friendly service via phone, email, and in personSupport account updates, policy changes, and renewalsIdentify opportunities to cross-sell and support new business growthStay up to date on insurance products, systems, and industry trendsCollaborate with a supportive team to hit goals and deliver excellent service What We're Looking For Spanish fluency is strongly preferred and may be required for certain client-facing responsibilitiesLicensed or willing to obtain prior to hire (we can help guide you through the process)Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the insurance industryStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivated with a positive, team-oriented mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detailSuccessful background check
