About the role
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling Alpine. You'll answer inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, educate customers about services, and recommend solutions that meet their needs. This consultative role focuses on outstanding service to create natural sales opportunities—no cold calling or high-pressure sales.

Requirements
