CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES - BRAND AMBASSADOR - WEEKLY PAY

Zipfizz, the ultimate vitamin, energy, and hydration drink, is seeking enthusiastic Brand Promoters to represent and promote our game-changing product.

About the role

As a Brand Promoter, you’ll engage with customers at Costco, Sam’s Club, and events, educating them about Zipfizz and driving sales through product demonstrations and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Represent and promote the Zipfizz brand at retail and event locations
• Engage with members, educate them about products, and perform product demos
• Drive sales by encouraging purchases and answering customer questions
• Maintain well-stocked and organized displays
• Assist with in-store promotions and events to boost visibility
• Learn and enthusiastically recite the required product script to customers
• Transport and set up company-provided supplies at event locations

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Availability to work weekends
• Reliable transportation to event and work locations
• Ability to transport company-provided supplies
• Smartphone for communication and tracking success
• Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people
• Able to lift approximately 40 lbs
• Ability to work 7-hour shifts on your feet

Pay

Earn up to $35/hour based on performance with a combination of base pay and commission:

• Base pay: $20/hour
• Piece Rate Commission (regular price):
  • Limited Edition: $1.50 per box
  • Combo Pack: $1.00 per box
• Flat Rate Hourly Pay (70+ boxes, regular price):
  • 70-79 boxes: $32/hour
  • 80-89 boxes: $33/hour
  • 90-99 boxes: $34/hour
  • 100+ boxes: $35/hour
• Piece Rate Commission (sale price):
  • Limited Edition: $1.00 per box
  • Combo Pack: $0.50 per box
• Flat Rate Hourly Pay (70+ boxes, sale price):
  • 70-79 boxes: $28/hour
  • 80-89 boxes: $29/hour
  • 90-99 boxes: $30/hour
  • 100+ boxes: $31/hour

Commission notes:

• No commission on training days
• No commission for shifts under 4 hours
• Commission based on warehouse-confirmed sales
• No commission if fewer than 20 boxes sold at regular price or 30 during a sale
• You earn credit for all boxes sold on the day you work, including after you leave
