Customer Service and Production

About the role

FULL TIME opportunity 30 to 40 hours per week at the Recognition Place, Bartlesville's award & personalization business. Customer Service and Production position where the employee interacts with the public, filling out order requirements and produces those products.

Responsibilities

• Run diamond & rotary engraving machines, laser engraver, and UV Printer.
• Manufacture awards, gifts, signs, badges, trophies, and other products.
• Maintain showroom displays.
• Unpack boxes for stockroom.
• Perform general cleanup of work areas and showroom.

Requirements

• Must be friendly and enjoy working with the public.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced production environment.

Skills

• Experience with CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and Photo Shop preferred (but not required).
• Experience with social media and website posting preferred (but not required).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Work location: In‑person, Bartlesville, Oklahoma (no remote work).

Pay

$11.00 to $13.00 an hour based on experience.

Schedule

30 to 40 hours per week.
