Customer Service Analyst I (Evening Shift)

Hourly $24.49 – $36.74

Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Dispatch critical medical and facility codes.
Listen to customers’ needs or issues and provide helpful solutions.
Connect callers to the correct location.
Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the IS department.
Answer first‑contact calls, emails, or chat bots for customers’ computer questions.
Complete tickets and escalate issues that cannot be resolved immediately.
Use strong organizational and communication skills to assist customers while maintaining the company’s positive reputation.
Support physicians, staff, patients, visitors, and partners.

Education: High school diploma required.
Certifications: None required; Microsoft A+ certification is a plus.
Experience: Two years prior customer service experience required; healthcare experience preferred.
Training in customer service, phone support, Microsoft Office products, or basic IT technical issues desired.
Demonstrated ability to quickly triage systems and user problems and process tickets correctly.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively deal with diverse personalities across all organizational levels.
Familiarity with complex or multi‑line phone systems desired.
