About the role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers in a prompt and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights
• Assist customers who arrive without their luggage and rebook passengers
• Assist special-needs passengers and resolve customer complaints
• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews
• Calmly handle situations such as canceled and delayed flights
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid, unrestricted, state-issued driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

This is a full-time position, starting at $14.50 per hour.
