Customer Service Agent (Remote)

About the role

Home Health Focus AI's mission is to help home healthcare professionals find meaningful opportunities that prioritize patient care. We do not hire for these roles; instead, we identify and verify them from care providers directly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc.
• Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits, or make changes to existing policies
• Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation

Requirements

• You can multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• You are passionate about helping others
• You have 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures

Pay

Hourly wage: $19.00 - 21.00

Schedule

Flexible scheduling options available, with the choice between a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.
