Responsibilities

- Booking reservations for passengers' baggage, and cargo. - Resolving customer service issues. - Processing payments in varying forms. - Processing various reports and perform data input. - Interacting with customers in person, by email and/or over the phone. - Performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required) - Have one (1) year of customer service experience - Are able to lift approximately 20 pounds - Live on the road system near our location
