Customer Service Advisor - Jiffy Lube Multicare

About the role

We're hiring full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisors (also called Customer Service Advisors or CSAs) at Jiffy Lube Multicare, America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance with over 2,000 locations. As part of Stonebriar Auto Services, the fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise, you’ll confer with guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services their vehicles need.

All work must be performed in a safe and efficient manner while delivering an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic, fun working environment.

Responsibilities

• Confer with guests to identify and suggest needed vehicle services
• Perform duties safely and efficiently
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Contribute to a positive, energetic workplace

Requirements

• Current and valid driver’s license
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment preferred but not required
