About the role

Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Stonebriar Auto Services, America's fastest‑growing Jiffy Lube franchise, is hiring Guest Service Advisors (also called Customer Service Advisors or CSA) who must be bilingual. The role involves working with guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles while maintaining a safe, efficient, and fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Confer with guests to determine or suggest needed diagnostic and mechanical services.
• Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide an outstanding guest service experience.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
