Customer Service Advisor
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Processing customer enquiries
- Taking customer payments
- Sets up new customer orders on the internal system
Requirements
- Experienced working in a fast-paced administrative environment
- Experience in using office applications
- Ability to become competent with in-house computer software rapidly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience working within a customer service role
- Ability to prioritize workload to ensure customer demands are fully met

Enva England is the East Midlands leading Recycling and Resource Management company, collecting and processing in excess of 500,000 tonnes of waste per year, providing a comprehensive waste collection and recycling service to Industrial, Commercial, Construction and local Authority customers. We are proud to say that in excess of 95% of the waste is recycled. We operate out of a 20 Acre site with in excess of 300 employees across our Nottingham and Leicester sites.
Pay
We offer an attractive and competitive total remuneration package commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
Schedule
The role is available Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
