About the role
In this role, you'll provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our customers and outside sales team to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
- Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns.
- Source parts from suppliers nationwide.
- Aid in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers.
- Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required.
- Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude & attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR).

The typical estimated total compensation for this position is around $22/hr depending on experience, plus potential bonus opportunities.
