Position Overview
Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives (CSSRs) are responsible for demonstrating exceptional customer service, cultivating strong relationships with customers, assisting with inventory orders, and growing sales. They also assist with merchandising, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
Skills We Are Seeking
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual proficiency (conversational in English/Spanish preferred)
- Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
